Go on immerse your hen or birthday party in the roaring 1920’s with Clara Bows Millinery & 1920’s Charleston Dance with some stunning vintage china thrown in to boot from Vintage Tea Sets. We’ve teamed up with the fabulous Daffodil in Cheltenham, a true ‘Art Deco’ gem to give you this ultimate 20’s experience. Spend the day soaking up the beautiful venue and relax knowing you don’t need to traipse here there and everywhere, instead kick back with a cocktail or two, make a beautiful individual creation to wear and learn some 20’s moves like the knock knees, high leg kicks, snake hips and goddamit shimmy!!! before having a high tea or dinner on some stunning vintage china.
Further details will be added to the Clara Bows Millinery website soon but feel free to contact me for more details in the meantime.
Ladies! Lindsay Fleming, the extremely talented wedding dress designers are travelling to London town all the way from their Scottish hub for consultations with brides who are looking for the ‘twenties’ style wedding dress. Trust me, being a 1920’s addict, they’re dresses are to be lusted over with good reason…..plus you may have seen one of their dresses recently in ‘you and your wedding’, thats a snapshot at the top of the page.
so, notebooks to the ready, they’ll be at the ‘Dolphin House Apartments’, Chichester Street, Pimlico, London from the 26th to the 28th of March. These designers are hot to trot and are going to get booked up fast so get in contact with them asap.
Check out the details on their website here
You may remember me talking about them recently. I love their collection so much, so Rosie Parsons and I included these stunning dresses in a 1920’s Bridal shoot soon to appear in a wedding magazine, whoooo hooo! Once again a special thanks to Rosie Parsons (www.rosieparsons.com), and make-up by Sarah Brock (www.sarahbmakeup.co.uk). Here are a couple of pics from the shoot. Find the complete shoot here.
On Monday and Tuesday earlier this week I (Vintage Tea Sets) styled this gorgeous 1920’s inspired Bridal Photo Shoot. Here’s a tiny snapshot of what the very talented photographer Rosie Parsons captured on the Tuesday, on the Monday we were at a secret location shhhhhh! More to come on that. She’s done an amazing job yet again and I cannot rate her wedding photography highly enough.
I’ll be blogging more on the detail shortly, the dresses, head pieces etc with a special thanks to all those suppliers, all to come. But initially I’d like to thank Floriture and Bella & Fifi for the beautiful flowers, Award Winning Make up Artist Sarah Brock and Becky Simpson from Hair by Becks @ Thairapy Bristol. Not to mention Combe House for letting us shoot there. Now enjoy these gorgeous images!
