Further to my recent posts on the fascinator workshops I’m organising…….
I’d like to introduce you to Julie, a lady with oodles of floristy talent and the gorgeous owner of Floriture. Together we’re collaborating on a number of fascinator and floristry workshops this year (one in Feb I’ll post details on shortly). Perfect for a crafty gathering, we can put on a afternoon tea for you complete with my gorgeous china from Vintage Tea Sets for a very attractive package price. Perfect for hen parties, birthday parties or just a meeting of craft loving minds.
Here’s some examples of what the lovely Julie can offer you in her ‘makes’, and remember we can tailor our courses to meet your requirements, just ask. Imagine a hen party where you can make your headpieces, button holes, corsages…..centrepieces….bouquets (obviously you can’t have it all in one day but you can have a selection)….even Bridal jewellery! why not have a two day course and make a weekend of it? Its a great idea for a wedding on a budget and you all go away with having learnt something and gained some new skills. There may be a budding florist in one of you but haven’t discovered yet. Do you have a theme you want us to incorporate in your workshop? Possibilities are boundless honestly. Contact Vicky on 0117 9532973 or email email@example.com

I first discovered Green Union a year ago and immediately got in contact as I was very impressed with concept and was very interested in taking part. Recently my own wedding was recently featured on Green Union here and I can’t tell you how happy I am now to have become one of the members of this excellent green wedding movement.
On Monday and Tuesday earlier this week I (Vintage Tea Sets) styled this gorgeous 1920’s inspired Bridal Photo Shoot. Here’s a tiny snapshot of what the very talented photographer Rosie Parsons captured on the Tuesday, on the Monday we were at a secret location shhhhhh! More to come on that. She’s done an amazing job yet again and I cannot rate her wedding photography highly enough.
I’ll be blogging more on the detail shortly, the dresses, head pieces etc with a special thanks to all those suppliers, all to come. But initially I’d like to thank Floriture and Bella & Fifi for the beautiful flowers, Award Winning Make up Artist Sarah Brock and Becky Simpson from Hair by Becks @ Thairapy Bristol. Not to mention Combe House for letting us shoot there. Now enjoy these gorgeous images!
I’ve got some exciting news to announce at the weekend regarding ‘Vintage Tea Sets’, that’s if I can hang on that long eeek! As you may be aware, we’re a Bristol based Vintage Crockery Hire Business (also covering south wales, the South West region including, Bath, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Devon as well as London) and have a love and flair for Vintage Event Planning …..that’s a hint but not the half of it, I cannae say anymore, you’ll have to wait! Sorry! Just make sure you pop back….
Whilst writing, for those of you who are local to Bristol or just fancy a trip over here (I love this City really do). Pop this event in your diary. The last one in October was excellent, a great selection of stalls and all the vintage loveliness was very affordable.
The next Bristol Vintage Fashion Fair will be held on Sunday 21st February 2010 (10.00am – 5.00pm) at The Anson Rooms, Queens Road, Clifton, BS8 1LN
